The Kiss
He had just saved her from a fire in her house. He rescued her by carrying
her out of the burning building onto her front lawn to safety, then returned to the burning building to continue to fight
the fire.
-She is pregnant.
When the fire was finally out, he sat down for a moment to catch his breath
and rest.
A photographer from the local newspaper noticed her in the distance looking
at the firefighter.
He saw her suddenly walk straight towards him, and wondered what she was
going to do.
As the photographer raised his camera, she approached the tired firefighter
who had saved her life and the lives of her babies, and kissed him just as the photographer snapped this photograph.
